KG-G350A is driven by a roller to wind yarn, with the rear frame actively feeding yarn, and the middle shaft frame adjusting the yarn feeding tension ratio for the spool head at close range, specifically designed for wrapping rubber yarn, nylon yarn, and single wrapped nylon yarn for weaving elastic bands of various grades.

Features: PLC program digital processing control system, with the machine head, rear frame, and middle shaft frame driven by separate horsepower, allowing adjustment of the yarn feeding speed ratio of the machine head, middle shaft frame, and rear frame according to the elastic process requirements of the fabric. After meeting the requirements, a digital code is set as the program number and stored in the control system. If similar process requirements for the fabric arise later, the program number can be retrieved for production. The system can store up to 54 program numbers.

Touch screen human-machine interface operation: digital display of speed ratios for the machine head, middle shaft frame, and rear frame, intuitive and simple. The total working speed can be increased or decreased without affecting the speed ratio between the axes. Equipped with an infrared yarn break detection device, which is sensitive and reliable for stopping the machine when yarn breaks.
